Air Force Head Lacrosse Coach Eric Seremet along with a staff consisting of several of the game’s top coaches and players provides an elite experience and instruction for beginner to advanced level players. It is the primary goal of Thunderbolt Lacrosse to provide fundamental instruction as well as advanced skills, drills, and team strategy to lacrosse players seeking to maximize their potential in the sport of lacrosse while competing in a fun-filled environment – in Colorado Springs!

Colin Lockhart joined the Thunderbolt staff in the summer of 2015. 

 

2009: Missed part of the year due to injury... played and started in 8 games... finished the season with five goals, and three assists, including a two-goal output versus Towson... had a career high three points against Sacred Heart
2008: Played in all 12 games for the Falcons ... scored first career goal in win over Presbyterian ... finished the season with five goals, including a two-goal output versus Quinnipiac ... picked up six ground balls.
2007: Played in seven games on the season ... scooped up two ground balls.
2006: Saw action in 10 games ... picked up a ground ball.
High School: Lettered four years in lacrosse at Episcopal High School in Washington DC ... team captain as a senior ... led team in scoring for two years ... also lettered two years in soccer and one year each in football and track ... named to Dean's List for three years ... three-year member of Athletic Advisory Board.

Personal: Founded and coached two Varsity-level club teams in Nebraska, served as Head Coach for Sarpy County Lacrosse Club. Member of the Nebraska High School Lacrosse governing board. Working on a Master's in Education for Sport Leadership from Virginia Commonwealth.

 

Tristan Newkirk is in his first season with the Air Force lacrosse team as a volunteer assistant coach.

 

Played Division I Lacrosse at the United States Air Force Academy from 2008-2011.Team captain his senior year and named to the Academic All-ECAC team in 2011, Tristan played in all 53 of his collegiate games. He finished his college career with 16 points after making the switch from Offensive Midfield to LSM his senior year.

 

Tristan was the Syracuse, Utah High School Assistant Varsity Lacrosse Coach from 2012-2014. During that time, Tristan coached two state runner-up and three conference champion teams in his three seasons as assistant coach. He was recognized in 2013 as the DII Utah State Assistant Coach of the Year.  In 2015, Tristan was named Head Coach of the Syracuse High School Varsity program and compiled a 12-6 overall record. He was also a high school coach for the Utah Starz summer travel team from 2014-2015.
